The Street Mindset Podcast was born from the idea of revealing an often-hidden side of some of the leading artists on the Italian rap scene, allowing guests to step outside of their persona and appearances and open up about more unconventional podcast topics, such as the artists' early work or their mental state during
difficult times.
Hosted by Rico Mendossa & The Purista, the first six episodes, which have garnered over 100,000 views, are currently available on YouTube. This project's partner is Humangest Holding - Employment Agency, which firmly believes that having young people share how their idol worked before realizing his dreams is a huge incentive to boost the willpower and self-fulfillment of the young people Humangest collaborates with and supports on a daily basis.
The bus is the underlying theme of the podcast, easily communicatively connected through the concepts of stop, stop, and route. The guest and hosts are transported
into the idea of traveling on public transport.
